Black Phoenix Tattoo is independently owned and operated in downtown White Bear Lake.
The shop continues to use exclusively disposable supplies, and remains in accordance with COVID-19 pandemic protocols.
Hours of operation are appointment-based only.
Paully has been mastering his craft since the 1990's. He opened the doors to Black Phoenix Tattoo in 2010, and has become a local favorite for a wide-array of tattoo styles. Some of his specialties include realism and watercolor.
